That granny is adorable and violent at the same time haha!!! She seems to be very dangerous when she's angry.. I would tell Stephen to watch out, next time could be worse lol.

The Grandmother was violent to Stephen and the dad threatened to hit him, however the mother hasn't threatened to or hasn't tried to hit him.
So I think that the Grandmother is probably the mother of the father rather than the mother. |

I think granny is dads mother. I'm not american but they seem to have somewhat the same accent. When granny says "...you little piece of ... to Stephen, I think they sound very alike, the granny and dad that is.
